Instructions
1: Prepare all the ingredients and spices. 2: Place oxtail and beef eye round in the Instant Pot. 3: Add chopped white onion and ginger roots. 4: Pour in fish sauce and add salt and sugar. 5: Add the spices: star anise, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, black cardamom, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds. 6: Add water to cover the ingredients. 7: Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 60 minutes. 8: After cooking, perform a natural release and then open the pot. 9: Serve the broth over cooked rice noodles and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sliced red onion.View original recipe
